• What do learners understand before and after story-led teaching?
• Which misconceptions persist, and which teaching response changes them?
• Does a service statistic establish prevalence, or only describe service use?
• How do local procedures work in practice for different roles and jurisdictions?
• What would count as evidence that a policy or training intervention improved safety?

Implementation matters

Policy should be judged by what happens in practice: who knows the procedure, who can access help, where information stops, and whether people remain safe and heard.
